Travel the world from the Internet is possible. Many sites and blogs offer stories, photos and videos of adventures on the other of the world. I propose here a series of travel blogs that will transport you from the Internet without even leaving your home.

As the saying goes: “Tell me who your friends are and I’ll tell you who you are!” If this adage is true, then I must be a great traveller. Indeed, the majority of my friends are travellers, globe trotters, adventurers or budding of the great explorers of the future. So who knows, I may be away from one of these categories. But seriously, this article is not intended to answer this question, but rather to highlight the blogs of my fellow travellers. Those who gave me the urge to explore and thirst for adventure, those with whom I shared an unforgettable roadside of our beautiful planet, and tose who helped me, encouraged and pushed to travel. Here they are:

Chris and Lara at Not a Honey Moon:

Then them, say it clearly, they are real specimens. Indeed, they married in September 2010 and in October of that same year they got into a honeymoon that is not one. Indeed, for them there is no luxury hotel or golden beach. No for them it’s backpacking all over the world to discover earth and build great adventures? I highly recommend you their blog with its very nice photos.

Daan in Australia:

Here is the blog dedicated toAustraliafrom a Dutch friend that I met during my journey to the land of kangaroos. His name is Daan and he spent nearly a year of gallivanting across this great country-continent. His blog is in Dutch but the photos are worth a visit.

Frederique, the adventurer in the open space:

So first of all let us be clear: no Frederique is not a boy name but a girl one. Now that this clarification was made, I suggest you explore this blog of a  promising young traveller. Her blog is dedicated to her trip inAustralia, trip she decided to do to get started on the adventure too.

Julien and Etienne offers you 1 mile 1 smile:

One of my favourite concepts so far. Julien and Etienne embarked on an adventure that is friendly and original. A world tour of the smile. Their concept of “1 mile 1 smile” will make you smile and laugh out loud through out their blog. I strongly advice you, especially when you have a favourite less well.
