Continue in the series of trips to Japan with the story of Carole. She offers us her perfect travel in this country since she has never had a chance to get there. A story full of desires.
Hi all,
My name is Carol, I’m 27 and my dream is to go on an adventure in the land of the rising sun.
I started to get interested, several years ago, to the Japanese culture that I experienced first throught manga followed by the TV dramas, but I couldn’t realize my dream to go there. But this is decided I would fly away in April 2013 for Japan. And yes, I decided that since there was only one life that I would give this pleasure to myself, as it will leave me time to make preparations.
As big fan of this country, I took courses in Japanese language as it is incredible. During my trip I made a list of things that I absolutely have to do. I’ll be nice and make you share my desires:
-
First, Onsen: oh yeah nothing like a good bath in a hot spring surrounded by nature and beautiful landscapes.
-
Mount Fuji: and yes you will say “it’ll be hard” but to imagine that nothing but the beautiful landscape and the unique view that gives Mount Fuji, I can not help but rejoice.
-
The temples: nothing like a good walk in a temple to feel at peace. And do not forget the architecture of these places.
-
The tea ceremony known as “Chanoyu” I would love to learn this custom.
-
Of course I intend to do a karaoke night, at least if I have Japanese friends who want to carry a tune with me, not to mention the Japanese night life that I intend to explore.
-
The Yukata: I think most tourists who want to go to Japan want to wear a yukata. Finally it was just a guess, but in any case I am one.
-
The uniform of the students: ah yes, I know, you tell me “you have passed the age my girl”, well I tell you that not after all. It will not be as if I would wear it in the street.
-
The Imperial Palace: oh yes, like all little girls, I dreamed of being a princess, visit the palace is a childhood dream. I can not tell you as my camera will smoke LOL.
-
A concert and yes, I am an unconditional lover of Japanese music so I hope to attend a concert, go on stage, grab and kiss the singer. Oops, I think I got a little carried away LOL. I took my dreams to reality. Come on, seriously it would be great to attend a concert.
Finished good joke, there so many things I would do, but I would need more than 500 words to tell you.
Well OK, since you have been nice to take time to read, I’ll tell you one last thing, when I go visit this little paradise, I plan to enjoy a maximum of regional specialties, because I love food, and frankly I am also very curious regarding the taste of those dishes that seems delicious on air in television series, and also because I’m very greedy, I must say LOL. I tend to abuse the good things.
On that, I will leave you hoping that you did not get bored while reading me.
